As we prepare for the upcoming fall sports season, here is some important information regarding sports physicals and practice times.

Sports Physicals:

To ensure the health and safety of our student-athletes, all students participating in all sports must have a completed sports physical on file before they can begin practice. This year we have streamlined this process. All athletic paperwork are now digital! You can find a link to the form and directions on the ACS Website under Athletics or you can click the link below. Completed physical forms should be submitted no later than August 12, 2024.

Important Reminders:

1. All athletes must submit their physical forms before participating in any practices.

2. Attendance at practices is crucial for team development and individual skill improvement.

3. Please inform the coach directly if your athlete will be absent or late for any reason.

Our mission is to cultivate a faith-driven athletic community where student-athletes excel in both athletics and life, embodying Christ-like character.
